Don has dedicated his 30-plus year career to finance. He has served a wide range of clients from startups to mid-size companies, and has years of experience analyzing the financial needs of clients essential to grow their businesses.
With a thorough understanding of accounts receivable, Don learned the business from the ground up moving through the ranks with industry leading firms such as Chemical Bank (Domerich Division), Republic Factors Corp and HSBC Business Credit. In the early 2000’s, Don started up the west coast office of a highly regarded, family owned factor where, as EVP/Region Manager, he grew the business into a significant presence in the region.
Don knows that speed and responsiveness are the vital elements for any business of any size to get their product or service to market. He is a specialist in identifying various financing options available from accounts receivable financing, factoring, purchase order financing and asset-based lending whichever best suits your business.
Don graduated from St Bonaventure University with a BBA degree in Finance. He has served in various capacities with industry trade organizations, such as President of the Textile Professional Club (TPC), member of the Board of the Professional & Finance Chapter of the Commercial Finance Conference of California (CFCC) and Treasurer and Executive Board member of the Fashion Business Incubator (FBI). Don is is a regular guest lecturer and instructor at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) and serves as a subject matter expert as a trial witness and panelist, including AIMS360 and Sourcing at MAGIC, Las Vegas. In 2016, Don was co-recipient of the National Jewish Health Humanitarian Award.
Don enjoys spending time with his family, including 3 grandchildren (the 4th is on the way), playing tennis, amateur photography and traveling.

Maureen is a highly accomplished finance professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial and asset-based lending, with expertise in credit analysis for small to mid-size companies. She has a deep understanding of liquidity and cash flow bottlenecks that often get in the way of reaching growth objectives. Upon identifying the core issue, Maureen develops financing options for your company or client.
Maureen’s experience includes relationship and executive level positions with major financial institutions such as Citibank N.A. and Fremont Financial Corp. providing effective solutions to business owners. Businesses can rely on working capital financing or other available financial services to support growth, while minimizing the use of the owner’s assets and liquidity as support.
Maureen is a graduate of the University of Southern California and studied accounting at UCLA Extension. In addition to her family and friends, she enjoys college football, Pilates and walking the family dog, Hercules.
